Return and Refund Policy

All sales at TBE Locker are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of defective or damaged products.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at tbejerseys@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for return or refund. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with replica status.
